 PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation without penalty is possible if received by email or fax up to 20 days before arrival
• Up to 10 days prior to arrival there is a cancellation fee of 30 % on the final amount of the stay
• Up to 5 days prior to arrival there is a cancellation fee of 70 % on the final amount of the stay
• For the NO SHOW it will be charged the total amount
• No refund is due to the guest who decides to terminate the stay prior to the departure date decided upon confirmation of your reservation

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION DEPOSIT

At confirmation, it's required a deposit of 30% of the total stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

The apartment will be reserved from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure in order to allow the preparation for the next guests arriving.

The arrival time is set between 15:00 and 19:00 ; in order to arrive at different timesm please kindly contact our Reception staff .
